Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Returned in its original packaging.

Several types of items are non-returnable, including:

  • Downloadable digital products.
  • Intimate or sanitary goods.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in specific situations, such as:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company (posting times may vary).
  3. Contact your bank (there is often some processing time).

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
  • Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.


Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
